Kalaw – Hill Station in Shan State, Myanmar

Kalaw is a former British Hill Station on a plateau in the mountains of Shan State. It’s a very beautiful and relaxing town, and a starting point for many hikes and treks into the surrounding hills and jungle. It’s also host to some of the most delicious snack-stands in the country.

    Kalaw has a great climate also — never too hot or cold.
